Por estar
lesionado com uma entorse de joelho, o lateral esquerdo Nininho desfalcou o
Globo contra o Palmeira de Goianinha na partida realizada no último domingo
(19) no Nazarenão.
O atleta
está realizando tratamento no departamento médico do clube sob a supervisão do
fisioterapeuta da Águia, Alexandre Jardim. Uma das ferramentas que o
fisioterapeuta está utilizando para contribuir na recuperação de Nininho é o
videogame Xbox com auxílio do Kinect, que permite aos jogadores interagir e
controlar os jogos através de movimentos do corpo, sem utilizar um
controle.
Segundo Dr
Alexandre, a atividade com o Kinect contribui com o tratamento tradicional
feito na sala do departamento médico no Barrettão. "Estamos fazendo um
trabalho de propriocepção de joelho, isto é, dar uma coordenação maior ao
atleta para ver como o joelho está em relação ao solo. Para isso a gente está
usando a realidade virtual, fazendo com que ele trabalhe a lesão saindo daquela
mesmice de consultório”, disse o fisioterapeuta.
Nininho está
em fase final de reabilitação. O atleta ainda vai passar por testes para saber
se pode ser relacionado para o jogo contra o ABC no sábado (25) pela última
rodada do Campeonato Potiguar.
